Mike Benitez Sr.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mike entered into the construction industry in the 1970's. He started as a framing contractor and then began his own
framing company in 1981. As the years continued, he decided to seek out a General Contractor license. He passed the
Florida State exam in 1999. Since then he has been building homes in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Darrell Kidd
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Darrell began construction in 1972 as a framing carpenter. He soon started a small construction company in the state
of North Carolina. His work from small scale remodeling projects to large scale multi-center complexes gives him a
well-rounded ability in the industry. It was all this work that helped to inspire Nailout.
Michael Benitez Jr.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Michael started as a field worker for HCI Homes in 1995. After gaining much experience and graduating from college he
took an office position in 2002.
